Complete platforms, web apps and internal tools — from first idea to production. Backend, frontend, infrastructure and deployment, end-to-end by one engineer who oversees the whole system. It’s how I built my own multi-tenant AI platform: first line of code to running system, no handover loss.

Agents that pick up tickets, write code, run tests and verify their own output — with merge requests as the result. Skills, knowledge bases, guardrails and agent-readable tests. At Modat, every engineer ran an average of 8 parallel agentic workstreams. Not as an experiment: in production.

Platforms designed and built from scratch. Legacy converted into reproducible infrastructure with Kubernetes, GitOps and IaC — including air-gapped, bare-metal or private cloud. Proven in environments where failure is not an option, from the Ministry of Defence to the Council for the Judiciary.

GPU infrastructure, local and hosted inference, model routing, LLM gateways, RAG with vector and graph search, and usage and cost tracking. Hybrid retrieval with knowledge graphs and source references down to paragraph level. AI that runs in production, scalable and affordable.

SOC 2 Type II readiness, supply-chain security (SBOM, SAST/DAST), secrets management, audit logging and disaster recovery — including real restore and failover tests. Security and auditability built in from day one, not bolted on afterwards.
Projects
My own multi-tenant AI platform for document-intensive organisations. Documents are ingested, structured and made searchable; answers come with source references down to document, page and paragraph. Agents implement and verify changes autonomously — from ticket to merge request.
